1 Billy Allen Harrolle, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property [21 O.S. 1981 Â§ 1713 [21-1713]], Larceny of an Automobile [21 O.S. 1981 Â§ 1720 [21-1720]], and Shooting With Intent to Kill [21 O.S. 1981 Â§ 652 [21-652]], After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies [21 O.S. 1981 Â§ 51 [21-51](B)], in Case No. CRF-85-988, in the District Court of Tulsa County, the Honorable Jay D. Dalton, District Judge, presiding. The jury set punishment at imprisonment for twenty (20) years for each count of concealing stolen property and larceny of an automobile, and forty (40) years for shooting with intent to kill. Judgments and sentences were imposed in accordance with the jurys verdict, the sentences to run consecutively. We affirm.
